Banner Witcoff attorney Blair Silver will participate in the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) PTAB Bench and Bar panel. The virtual event will be hosted by AIPLA at 1 p.m. ET on August 5.
The event is designed for new and experienced practitioners who seek the chance to practice before the PTAB and engage with multiple PTAB leaders and judges. Blair – who is an active member of AIPLA – will be speaking alongside other practitioners and several PTAB judges on how they prepare for oral arguments at 2:15 p.m. ET.
