Banner Witcoff attorneys Robert Katz and Richard Stockton will speak at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) 2022 Design Rights Boot Camp. The virtual program will begin online on November 3 and run on the subsequent days, November 7 & 9 and November 14 & 17.
According to the AIPLA website, “the Design Rights Boot Camp is a first-of-its-kind five-day comprehensive CLE program designed for both new and experienced IP practitioners who wish to learn about protecting and enforcing designs in all areas of IP, including design patents, copyright and trademark dress.”
Richard will present on advanced Hague and priority claims on Wednesday, November 9, and Rob will present on Wednesday, November 17, leading a discussion on architecture and retail space.
