ITC Overturns Finding of Infringement Against Waterloo

On July 9, 2010, the U.S. International Trade Commission ruled that Waterloo Furniture Components Ltd. keyboard support systems do not infringe a Humanscale Corp. patent, ending its probe into the alleged infringement.  The case is In the Matter of Certain Adjustable Keyboard Support Systems and Components Thereof, case number 337-TA-670, in the U.S. International Trade Commission.
