Banner Witcoff attorney Audra C. Eidem Heinze will discuss best practices for responding to requests for electronically stored information (ESI) and documents as part of a Federal Bar Association program.
The Feb. 24 program, which will be available on-demand, will touch on a variety of topics related to electronic evidence. Audra will speak from noon to 1 p.m., during which time she will explore requests for ESI and documents under the latest amendments to Rules 26 and 34 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
