Banner Witcoff attorney Darrell Mottley will speak at the American Bar Association’s Internet of Things (IoT) 2020 Virtual National Institute, a weekly conference series that will run from Sept. 2 to Sept. 30.
Darrell will speak on the first day of the series for a panel titled, “A Crash Course on the Power and Legal Risks of IoT.” He and his co-presenters will discuss the continually evolving IoT technology and explore potential impacts of IoT on individuals, amrt cities and companies, as well as the unexpected legal issues it raises.
