Banner Witcoff attorney Robert H. Resis was quoted in a recent Chicago Lawyer article examining the role that intellectual property law plays in the biotech industry.
The article refers to Amgen Inc. v. Chugai Pharmaceuticals, et al. “as a case study in the synergy between the business of biotech and the law.” Bob was one of the trial attorneys for Amgen in the case that resulted in a landmark decision involving biotech patents.
