Banner Witcoff attorney Gary D. Fedorochko has been elected the 2019-20 president and chair of the Board of Directors of the Licensing Executives Society (U.S.A. and Canada).
Gary has served on the LES Board of Directors since 2012, including as president-elect and chair-elect for the 2018-19 term. He has held several other leadership positions on the LES Board, LES Foundation and various other LES committees. He also co-authored LES’ amicus brief in Cuozzo Speed Technologies LLC v. Lee at the U.S. Supreme Court.
“I’m grateful for this opportunity to serve LES and represent our members. I am committed to working diligently to advance the LES vision and mission and hope to connect and inspire everyone involved in LES and the broader licensing industry,” Gary said in an Oct. 21 LES announcement.
With more than 2,500 members, LES is the leading association for intellectual property, technology, and business development professionals. It is a member society of the Licensing Executives Society International Inc., which represents over 8,000 members 90 countries.
